$100.00 Lean Burger Fee

Many people want to have excessively well marbled steaks and roasts, yet lean hamburger. this is not naturally possible. if your carcass has high intramuscular fat (imf) and you want lean hamburger, it takes us hours of extra time, massive amounts of wasted meat and is often still not possible. Usually an acceptably lean burger can be made without incuring an additional fee by choosing to place the entire round into burger as well as accepting all of the chuck, brisket plate and ribs as roasts.
